Customers must provide accurate personal information when booking a tour.

Payments for tours must be made in advance unless stated otherwise.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour date may not be eligible for a refund.

Customers should arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15 minutes before the tour starts.

Five Ocean Tourism reserves the right to change the tour itinerary at any time for safety or operational reasons.

Customers must follow the guide's instructions during the tour to ensure safety.

Five Ocean Tourism is not responsible for any personal belongings lost during the tour.

Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
